I think I’m going to change up my workouts. I want to rotate cardio into my gym sessions. From now on I will lift weights one day and do an hour of cardio the next. That way I will workout every part of my body in one session and let my muscles relax the next!!

I’ve decided to create a new blog dedicated to my goal of getting into shape and staying healthy. Ive always said said that I’ve wanted to be in shape, that I want to have a great looking toned body, and to be healthy. Although I have always said those things I have never accomplished them. I tried diets, I tried cutting foods out, I used to workout before but I have never been consistent with going. I’d go to the gym 3/4 times a week for 6 months and then just stop. Now its is definitely time for a change. I didn’t get out of shape over night so it is absolutely ridiculous for me to think that I am going to be this super fit hot chick over night. I guess I came to the realization that if I never put in the work to achieve my goal….no one is going to do it for me. Only I can change the perception I have of myself and only I can change the way I feel about my body, just me. My boyfriend says that I have a great body (he’s amazing) but I want to look and feel like I have an amazing body. I am doing this for myself and myself alone.
I am giving myself a year to loose 25lbs and to tone up and be able to wear just a sports bra and my Nike core spandex pants to the gym if I choose. By getting into shape I am giving myself the options the wear whatever the hell I want to wear. So follow me on my journey to a happy, healthier and toned life!
