You should eat veggies all day as a quick healthy snack BUT eating them with dressing can defeat the purpose of even eating the veggies and can actually help you burn through your calorie intake for the day. Salad dressing is very fatty even if it says “Fat Free” it is better to eat the veggies plain. If you have to have dressing check the serving size on the bottle. REMEMBER dressing contains sugar and fat so watch it. Eat it in moderation and try not to cover your broccoli in it like I used to do! I usually carry a bag of baby carrots with me at all times. When I feel the need to snack I eat those, I call them my “healthy cheetos” lol. They’re a lot healthier than eating an actual bag of cheetos or any other chip for that matter.
